Refund Policy

Estimated production & shipping time

Production typically takes 3–7 business days from when your payment is confirmed, then ships. This is our reasonable, good-faith estimate for custom 3D-printed goods — if we expect a delay beyond this window, we'll email you a revised estimate and you can choose to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund.

Custom-made orders

Because every item is 3D-printed to your specific measurements after you submit your order, we generally can't accept returns for "change of mind" once production has started.

If something's wrong

If your item doesn't fit as expected, arrives damaged, or doesn't match what you ordered, email us at support@customfitgrip.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We'll work with you on a remake or a refund.

Before production starts

If you contact us before we've started manufacturing your order, we can cancel and refund it in full.

If we miss our estimated ship date

If your order hasn't shipped within our stated production window and we haven't already contacted you with a revised estimate, you can cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund — just email us.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
